One of the most difficult challenges in life is saying goodbye to a beloved.  But in our Cherokee language there is no actual word for “goodbye”; this word is too final.  We say Stiyu, which means “Be strong”.  Instead of saying goodbye, we honor their stages of life while standing strong.  We honor their body's death as an ending to one chapter of life and the beginning of another.
Thankfully, after suffering for many years, I learned this truth.  Through In-Spirit readings I have provided for families who’ve watched their beloved leave this world for another, I Am humbled and amazed by what I discover through their furry, scaly, and feathered loved ones beyond the veil. 

Our beloveds are not gone. Do not forget them. They walk with us, In Spirit. They are healed, whole, at peace, empowered, and perfect in every way. Who they Truly are cannot be contained by this world. They are Eternal Beings. My heartfelt wish is for everyone to know and feel this, too.

In-Spirit Sessions

In Spirit Sessions are a window into our animal companion's new world. This sacred work involves tuning into your animal family member’s energy through what my Cherokee ancestors refer to as a Shamanic Journey.  An InSpirit session is a glimpse into their New Life beyond the veil.  

​Because each soul is unlike no other, each InSpirit session is unlike any other.  The experience will greatly vary based on the soul of your animal companion and what they want to share with you. Often, it's related to their current state of Being and the messages they have. 

​InSpirit readings can also provide empowering insight into questions or concerns you have about their transition.  In-Spirit readings serve to provide a window into where your beloved is now.  They are also a very powerful transformation tool to help you create a clear connection to them always.  Each reading is recorded and a written transcript is provided.
 InSpirit readings serve to remind us of what we once knew but have forgotten; who our beloveds are cannot be contained by the body. Our beloveds are eternal Beings. 

Art from Ashes

Art from Ashes is created especially for you, in honor of your animal companion.  Each piece is carefully created, based on what you choose to incorporate into the artwork. This can be their ashes, whiskers, fur, feathers, scales, etc.  The patterns, colors, and texture will symbolize the colors and messages that came through from your beloved’s In-Spirit reading or from their unique energetic soul signature.
Art from Ashes is Intuitive Art.  This is a deeply spiritual, intuitively-connected art process. Through allowing the art to lead the way, the artwork takes on a life of its own. Incredibly, each piece will incorporate aspects that honor the soul of the dearly beloved.  Images appear in various forms through the layers of paint and other media. Every piece has hidden elements that come alive, embodying a piece of their essence. 

Bringing a beloved’s soul to "life" through art on this earthly plane is a joy to behold and an honor to create.  Creating art from the ashes of our beloveds is not only an Intuitive Art, but it is a sacred process of creating art using an inner awareness that is heart centered; not relying on linear thinking or analysis.  It flows through soul to soul, bringing a message of love, peace, inspiration, and awareness. 

This is true Heart Work and Light Work.

Each soul holds an energy signature that is incredibly unique to them.
